Upenergy Plasmid DNA Mini Purification Kit is designed to purify high-quality plasmid DNA from bacteria. Cells are lysed using an alkali procedure, and the plasmid DNA is selectively bound by the unique adsorption material and eluted using washing buffer. The unique adsorption material can bind nucleic acid DNA more efficiently and more uniquely co***red to silica membrane.
The system provides a fast, simple and efficient way for purification, requires no phenol and chloroform. Up to 20µg pure plasmid DNA can be purified from 1-5ml sample of bacteria medium. The purified plasmid DNA using this kit can be used directly for most molecular biology experiments such as restriction enzyme digestion, PCR, in vitro transcription and DNA sequencing.

Storage conditions
RNase A was recommended to store at -20℃. After adding RNase A, solution I should be stored at 4℃ and can be stable for 6 months. All other kit components can be stored for at least 1 year at room temperature (15-25℃).
