Upenergy DNA Fragment Mini Purification Kit is specially designed for purification of single or double stranded DNA fragments from PCR reaction or enzymatic reaction solution by removing all contamination such as enzymes, oligodeoxynucleotide primers, salt ions and dNTP. The unique adsorption material can bind nucleic acid DNA more efficiently and more uniquely co***red to silica membrane.
The system provides a fast, simple and efficient way for purification, requires no phenol and chloroform. This kit is specially suitable for purification of small amount sample. About 1-5µg pure DNA fragment (¡Ư100bp) can be purified by using an elution volume of only 10¦̀l, with high yield (about 60¡«90£¥). DNA fragments of high purity and high integrality purified by this kit can be directly used for most molecular biology experiments such as ligation, PCR amplification and DNA sequencing.
