Universal DNA Fragment Purification Kit is specially designed for purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels and for the direct purification of PCR product or enzymatic reaction solution. It can remove all contamination such as enzymes, oligodeoxynucleotide primers, salt ions and dNTP. The unique adsorption material can bind nucleic acid DNA more efficiently and more uniquely co***red to silica membrane.
The system provides a fast, simple and efficient way for purification, requires no phenol and chloroform. Up to 10µg pure DNA fragment (¡Ý100bp) can be purified by using this kit, with high yield (about 50¡«80£¥). DNA fragments of high purity and high integrality purified by this kit can be directly used for most molecular biology experiments such as ligation, PCR amplification and DNA sequencing.
