IntektTM Plant RNA Total Isolation Reagent (PRis) is a ready-to-use reagent for isolating high quality total RNA from plant tissues, especially those rich in polyphenolics or starch, such as tomato, potato, cotton and apple.
This reagent provides a fast, simple and efficient way for purification, and can dispose series of samples together. About 20-50¦Ģg high quality total RNA can be purified from 100mg plant tissue. Isolated intact and high purity RNA can be directly used for RNA blot assay, dot blot hybridization, poly (A)+ selection, in vitro translation, RNase protection assay, RT-PCR assay and cDNA library building and other RNA research.

PRis can be stored for at least 1 year at room temperature (15-25℃). However, we recommend storage at 2 to 8℃ for optimal performance.
