IntektTM Tissue and Cell Total RNA Purification Kit is specially designed for purification of high quality total RNA from animal tissue and cell. The unique adsorption material can bind nucleic acid DNA more efficiently and more uniquely co***red to silica membrane.
The system provides a fast, simple and efficient way for purification, with the features of high purity, high intact and requiring no phenol and chloroform. About 10-30¦Ìg high quality total RNA can be purified from 25mg animal tissue or 1¡Á107 cells. Purified RNA can be directly used for RNA blot assay, dot blot hybridization, poly (A)+ selection, in vitro translation, RNase protection assay, RT-PCR assay and cDNA library building and other RNA research.

Storage conditions
DNase was recommended to store at -20℃ and can be stable for 1 year. All other kit components can be stored for at least 1 year at room temperature (15-25℃).
