IntektTM Plant Total RNA Purification Kit is specially designed for purification of high quality total RNA from plant tissue, especially those rich in polyphenolics or starch. The unique adsorption material can bind nucleic acid DNA more efficiently and more uniquely co***red to silica membrane.
The system provides a fast, simple and efficient way for purification, with the features of high purity, high intact and requiring no phenol and chloroform. About 10-30¦Ìg high quality total RNA can be purified from 100mg plant tissue. Purified RNA can be directly used for RNA blot assay, dot blot hybridization, poly (A)+ selection, in vitro translation, RNase protection assay, RT-PCR assay and cDNA library building and other RNA research.

Storage conditions
Plant RNA lysis solution can be stored for at least 1 year at 4 ℃. DNase was recommended to store at -20℃ and can be stable for 1 year. All other kit components can be stored for at least 1 year at room temperature (15-25℃).
